How to Use Weight Lifting Wrist Hooks
1. Put on the Wrist Straps
Slide your hand through the strap loop and wrap the wrist strap snugly around your wrist. Secure it firmly using the Velcro closure to ensure stability and comfort.
2. Adjust for Comfort
Make sure the padded area sits comfortably against your wrist to prevent irritation or discomfort during lifting.
3. Position the Hooks
The metal or plastic hook should be positioned under your palm, facing outward. This allows it to easily grip onto a barbell, dumbbell, or pull-up bar.
